LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Lana Theis announced on Thursday that she returned $10,721.77 that was left over from her 2019 office budget.
“I am pleased that my office was able to save over $10,000 from last year’s budget, and I happily returned every last unspent cent, because government should always be respectful of the people’s money,” said Theis, R-Brighton. “In work, as in life, I believe that it is important to be fiscally responsible.”
