LANSING, Mich. — Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate-level academic programs who are interested in the Legislature and state government are encouraged to apply for an internship opportunity with state Sen. Lana Theis.
“This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a legislative office,” said Theis, R-Brighton. “From researching and tracking legislation to constituent affairs and communications, my interns are an integral part of the team we rely on to help serve residents in the 22nd Senate District.”
Theis said the internships are unpaid and hours are negotiable. School credit is available.
